Despite his talent in magic and dancing (he has shown to be more gifted than his father), Luke Dunphy wants to quit both forms of art because they do not interest him, but he finds it difficult to tell his father because he loves his father a lot—just like Phil and the rest of the family love him.  In Pig Moon Rising, an episode from Season 8, Luke shows how smart and resourceful he actually is by solving everyone’s problems in a series of unfortunate events made worse by lies.

Since Modern Family, Gould has starred in other films and TV shows such as Friends with Benefits, Good Luck Charlie, Sofia the First, Whose Line Is It Anyway?, and Worst Cooks in America. He’s also in music videos, Logic’s 1-800-273-8255 and Kevin McHale’s Help Me Now. Gould, too, has received multiple awards and nominations, including the Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series and the Young Hollywood Award for Male Scene-Stealers.
