In Spain, it is common for groups of people to enjoy a drink, while laughing and talking together in a bar from 10 p.m. until the wee hours of the morning (even as late as 6 a.m.).  It’s not just that, because of the mild temperatures during spring and summer, almost all of the establishments would have an outdoor terrace available where customers can stay outside to enjoy their drinks. Nightlife in Spain can definitely be extraordinary, unfortunately a lot of foreign tourists take it a bit too far at times. With the Spaniards however, drinking goes hand in hand with eating. When you order a drink, you will likely be given a plate of tapas to nibble on. This would help you pace yourself when joining and enjoying a long Spanish night-out.
