Pit Bulls are known to be one of the fiercest and most dangerous of breeds. History of breeding them for fighting and improper care to keep them vicious has made this dog a legend in violence. But the truth is, with proper care and affection, they can be intelligent, lovable, and caring. With a bite force of 235 PSI, they were trained to be strong and fearsome, giving them a reputation as extremely dangerous. Despite having a relatively small dog population in the US, they are still responsible for the most fatal attacks in the country by far, killing 284 people over a 13-year period. For this reason, Pit Bulls are banned in several states in the US and even in whole countries like the UK and New Zealand.
