It seems the troubles of the F150 infected the F250 and F350 as well. Particularly in the years 2006, 2008, and 2011. The Ford family was going through troubled times. Surely it dampened their reputation, particularly in the truck class. 2006 saw both the F250 and F350 repeatedly plagued by engine failures. In 2008, the problem became the shaky suspension. The F250 also was known for unintended acceleration and premature breaking. Both were safety hazards. Surely very discouraging for buyers.
