The Confusing Chevy SSR

People wondered what Chevy was thinking when they created the SSR. what manner of vehicle was it supposed to be? It seemed to be an attempt at a hybrid between a pickup and a sedan, with a retro design to make heads turn. If their objective was to attract attention, then it succeeded. But looks alone don’t sell the car. It lacked power, was overpriced, and was too much of a sports car for pickup enthusiasts. After just three years on the market, and with disappointing sales, it was finally laid to rest.
