The Honda Ridgeline Was A Fiasco

Wikipedia

Honda’s first attempt to get into the pickup truck market was with the Ridgeline in 2006. It was anticipated to hit it big, as it took four years to design and was built from the ground up. But it was a total letdown…another lemon. Reviews were harsh, some even calling it the “anti-truck.” People said it did not live up to expectations, as it could not do what was needed by people who buy trucks. It may have sold better in other countries, but as for the US, it was disappointing. Production of the first generation ended in 2015.
