The Mitsubishi L200 Was Undersized And Had Rust Drawbacks

Motor1

Originally sold in Japan in 1978 as the Mitsubishi Forte, Americans know it as the L200. It was a compact pickup, good for Japanese buyers who used it for small jobs. It was a country that focuses on minimalism. But for Americans, it was not large enough, or powerful enough. Plus it experienced a load of rust problems. Definitely not a popular choice in the US. Most people can adjust to size problems, but rust is an issue anyone will want to avoid.
