Tiger Mauls Woman At Animal Park

A Chinese woman named Zhao was attacked by a Siberian tiger at the Badaling Wildlife World animal park near Beijing in July 2016 when she got out of the car to switch places with her husband, as she later revealed. As the tiger pounced on her and dragged her to the bushes, her mother tried to help her, resulting to the older woman being mauled by a second tiger. The daughter managed to escape with her life, with serious injuries, but her mother didn’t. The incident has led to the woman claiming 2 million Yuan as compensation from the establishment.
