Lane Graves

In 2016, a summer trip to Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort for a family of four from Nebraska turned from vacation to nightmare when Lane Graves was attacked and killed by an alligator. The two-year old Lane was playing right in front of his father, mother, and sister when a gator measuring about 7 feet suddenly appeared and snatched the kid away with its powerful jaws. Lane’s father tried to rescue his son but failed. Although the gator was eventually caught and killed, Lane’s body was found dead the next day, just a few meters from where he was taken.
