A Canada teacher, who was on her maternity leave, and her daughter were fatally mauled by a grizzly bear near their remote Yukon cabin in northwest Canada. Gjermund Roesholt, Adele’s father, was able to shoot and kill a grizzly bear that suddenly attacked him upon his return to the cabin that afternoon. Unfortunately, he would later discover the bodies of Valerie Theoret, 37 years old, and their 10-month-old daughter, Adele Roesholt, who were apparently killed by the same grizzly that attacked him.
