This crystal piano is more than just an instrument, it’s a gorgeous piece of art. Built by piano company from Canada Heintzman & Co. this transparent beauty is made up completely of crystal, which explains why it was so expensive. And even more surprising, it was only played once before it was kept as a memorabilia piece, due to how frail it was. Used in the 2008 Beijing Olympics, the piano was played by Lang Lang then eventually auctioned off to a private bidder who happened to pay $3.2 million, a fair price for a piece of history, don’t you think?
