44 stores of Bed, Bath & Beyond

Bed, Bath & Beyond is closing 44 stores in 2020 alone. In January, the company announced that they planned on closing 40 stores in its current fiscal year that ended in April, another another 20 stores would follow closure in the fiscal year of 2020. At the beginning of 2020, the company had already closed down 16 of their branches. Bed, Bath & Beyond also operates other brands such as buybuy BABY, World Market, One Kings Lane and Christmas Tree Shops.
