Gerald Ford (140)

Wikipedia

Gerald Ford was the 38th President of the US from 1974 to 1977 after Nixon resigned. Amazingly, he was the first person to be appointed as Vice-President under the terms of the 25th Amendment after Spiro Agnew resigned. He was the first and only person to become a Vice-President and a President without being elected by the Electoral College. The collapse of South Vietnam 9 months into his presidency ended US involvement in Vietnam. Ford also presided over the worst American economy in the four decades since the Great Depression. His most controversial act was granting Nixon a presidential pardon for his role in the Watergate Scandal.
