Clinton served as the 42nd US President. He studied in Georgetown, Oxford, and finally at Yale Law School. He left the office with the highest end-of-office approval rating of any US President since WWII, in spite of the Monica Lewinsky sex scandal. Clinton presided over the longest period of peacetime economic expansion in American history. He was actually impeached by the House of Representatives for perjury and obstruction of justice in trying to conceal an affair with White House intern Monica Lewinsky. But the Senate acquitted him in 1999, and he completed his term in office.
