Benjamin Harrison (estimated IQ: 145)

History

Harrison was the 23rd US President, and grandson of the 9th President William Henry Harrison, as well as great-grandson of Benjamin Harrison V who was a Founding Father. His administration included unprecedented economic legislation, and he facilitated the creation of the National Forest Reserves. He was unsuccessful though, in securing federal education funding and voting rights for African Americans. He defeated incumbent President Grover Cleveland in 1888. But in his reelection bid 1892, he lost to Grover Cleveland, what a twist of fates.
