Christopher Julius Rock was born in Andrews, South Carolina in 1965. This comedian, actor, writer, producer, and director, started by appearing in bit roles and doing stand-up comedy. Eventually when he became a cast member of Saturday Night Live in the 1990s, he rose to prominence. There was no looking back for Chris Rock. he got bigger roles, eventually, which earned him the privilege to host the Academy Awards twice, in 2005 and 2016. He has won four Emmy Awards, and three Grammy Awards. He is an outspoken critic of racial profiling, and claims to experience “everyday racism” despite his being famous. Other popular celebrities include Black Panther superhero Chadwick Boseman, Darius Rucker, Mary-Louise Parker, and Andie MacDowell.
