Leaving the Soviet Union before moving to London then Los Angeles, Milica Bogdanovna Jovovich was teased by her classmates in the public schools she attended. She was bullied and called a commie and a Russian spy, and she was never welcomed in any circle. In seventh grade, Jovovich left school and focused on modeling and acting.
