Although Hitler also launched an invasion on the Soviet Union, most of the action was going on in Germany, but it didn’t mean that there weren’t soldiers freezing their butts off in the snow. And while the snow and below zero temperatures didn’t faze them, neither did the wild polar bears that approached their tanks looking for food. You’d think that the bears would be afraid of the heavy machinery crawling through the streets, but they must have been so used to them, they knew there would actually be hands reaching out to feed them.
