This is a photo of soldiers in the Vietnam war dancing with Raquel Welch. While the war was a long and tiring effort, a lot of soldiers looked forward to Bob Hope’s USO tour and Christmas show. Hope brought out as many celebrities as he could, to show appreciation for the troops and to give them good memories, even for just one night. In 1967, Hope brought Raquel Welch along with him to entertain 25,000 men and women at Long Binh, Vietnam.
