This is a photo of German soldiers and prisoners of war being shown images of a concentration camp after World War II. The faces of the assembled POWs, captured by the Americans, were watching a film about a concentration camp as part of the Allied policy of postwar denazification which aimed to cleanse Germany of the remnants of Nazi rule and rebuild its civil society, intrastructure, and economy.
