Cuban Cigars

Gentleman’s Gazette

Cuban cigars are considered the best in the world, but up until Obama’s presidency, they were completely banned within the United States. This was due to JFK’s embargo against Cuba during the cold war of 1962. But after the Cuban revolutionary leader and dictator Fidel Castro died, Barack Obama decided to ease up on some restrictions, also leaving Cuba to open up its borders and allow people to visit the country. Tons of Americans went to Cuba to visit, and enjoyed some of the best cigars the country had to offer, even being allowed to buy some and bring home for personal consumption or to be brought back as gifts. But despite the shift, Cuban cigars are still considered illegal to buy and sell within the United States.
