Flavored Cigarettes

Much like other laws on cigarettes, regulations on flavored cigarettes were also put into place by the FDA as part of the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act back in 2009. This was due to a study that found that younger smokers were more susceptible to start smoking by choosing flavored cigarettes over regular ones. The ban has included but not only subject to such flavors as chocolate, rum, peach, pineapple and lime amongst others.
