This might be utterly surprising but British Cadbury chocolate is actually banned from being imported and sold within the United States. Apparently, the Hershey chocolate company claimed that the Cadbury chocolate from Great Britain tasted exactly the same as their product. Of course the British were very upset about this. But despite that, in 1988, Hershey bought the right to the U.S. operations to produce the British version of Cadbury company within the country. Then in 2015, Hershey even won a case to ban the import and sale of British Cadbury chocolate into the U.S. as well.
