A North Korean Structure on the River

The picture above was taken by Michal Huniewicz, this structure looks like the 1950s era pier like structure on the North Korean side of the river. This picture may seem innocent enough, however, foreigners who visit North Korea would have to always keep in mind that the North Korean authorities do not like if pictures that may depict poverty is taken by any tourists. This scene does imply poverty, since the structure is old and ill-maintained; furthermore, the boy on the picture looks malnourished. This picture will definitely fall under the illegal category if your tour guide or the customs official gets to see it.
