A Young Man Wearing His Cap Backwards

North Korea has a lot of unusual rules, both for its citizens and, of course, also for tourists. The photo above is deemed illegal since the young man was wearing his cap “in a strange way,” this at least is according to the North Korean officials. The “strange way” the cap was worn was already something that is prohibited, another reason is that there are military personnel in the background. According to Eric Lafforgue, “(the) Officials took issue with this photo for two reasons: The teen is wearing his cap in a strange way (according to my guide), and there are soldiers in the background.”
