By now you would already be familiar with the rules regarding what photos are allowed to be taken and which ones are not allowed if you are in North Korea. This photo is not allowed since it shows personnel from the military riding at the back of a truck. According to official North Korean tour group websites, taking pictures of the military is a norm in a lot of other countries. We are highly doubtful of that, since in most parts of the world, tourists can take pictures of military personnel, unless it is specified that the military facility is of a confidential nature. Well, at this point, it should be clear that North Korean officials believe their own versions of the truth.
