The man above is merely carrying a gas tank, there is nothing wrong with it. However, it is forbidden to take a photo of him. This is because he is not well dressed and not clean enough. So far, the different photographs that we have seen show that North Korea, Officials are very worried regarding how the rest of the world would view their country. Because of this concern, they would completely limit what tourist can photograph. That is if you are even allowed to visit their country. If a person is caught taking pictures that are prohibited, they may ask you to delete the photo, they may ban you from future entry, or the worse case would be that you can land yourself in prison.
