Going to museums is part of the approved tour. So, in most cases, pictures can be taken while part of the official tour. However, in some cases, power failure happens. According to Eric Lafforgue, when he took the photo shown above, he was asked to delete it. He was also told that such power failures only happen because of the American embargo against North Korea. Now, maybe you should wonder why they are over protective with what photos are taken and which ones are allowed? Is the official tour really showing tourists the real life in North Korea, or is it all a façade?
