We get that this donut company wanted to make an advertisement that made their products seem extra yummy, but boy did they go overboard. First of all, they show a woman attempting to entice a man by showing him donuts. But the fact she’s holding a ball and chain behind her back with the ad saying “Catch your man…” just means that she had to trick him into marrying her by offering him something he couldn’t resist. Not only did they make it seem like women had to do all the chasing, but when they finally “caught” their man, they needed to shackle them up to stay committed.
