As If Wife Training Was Just Like Puppy Training

Geez America, it’s almost incredulous that there is yet another ad for a booklet that helps men “train” their wives, more so that it was considered highly acceptable. There are just too many things to count when it comes to what’s wrong with this picture. The words “Train Your Wife in 5 easy lessons” for starters is bad enough, but the fact that it shows a woman naked underneath a white apron while serving her husband with what looks like beer and dinner has us shaking our heads in disgust. Add the entire list of things that you’ll “teach” her is another set of all things degrading, misogynistic and sexist, especially since they come with a “satisfaction guarantee!” promise too. Ugh.
