This ad for hair dye is totally discriminatory, saying “Gray Hair Cost Her Her Job!” It even goes on to say, “A younger woman would work more snappily,” and “Gray hair does make a person look old, but gray hair is an unnecessary burden.” Of course for anyone that has gray hair, there’s no way that this would ever be okay. If someone attempted to fire a woman for grey hair, they’d have a lawyer on their behind so fast, they’d not only hire her back but they’d be paying her fees for damages for a very long time.
