They may not be as popular as Texas or Louisiana for the delicacy, but they do have the most number of restaurants per resident than any other state. Unfortunately, burning off the calories from all that barbecue can be difficult, or even impossible for Oklahomans. Oklahoma City, got the worst score possible for walking, meaning that the city has the worst infrastructure for pedestrians. The capital lacks proper sidewalks, making it unsafe for residents to reach their destination on foot. The danger of getting run-over by fast-moving vehicles on the streets of OKC is very real, which is why they’re trying to make the city’s walkability better.
