The University of Arkansas campus in Fayetteville was founded in 1871, and housing 378 buildings with some it listed in the National Register of Historic Places, offers 239 programs under its undergraduate majors, master’s degree, doctoral and specialist, and graduate certificate programs, with distinguished colleges like The Sam M. Walton College of Business, the Fay Jones School of Architecture, the University of Arkansas School of Law, and the J. William Fulbright College of Arts and Sciences. It has over 380 registered student organizations including 34 fraternities and sororities, with the Associated Student Government or ASG regarded as the most significant as it is involved in the decision-making process in the campus.
