Founded in 1701 but officially became Yale College in 1718, developing into one of the best research universities in the world. This Ivy League school offers programs in Biological Sciences, Engineering, Health & Medicine, Humanities, Physical and Social Sciences, through its 14 schools, with 82 majors, the most popular of which include political science, history, economics, and psychology. It currently enrolls over 13,000 students, with 288 organizations to choose from, and the benefit of having several world-class museums and galleries in the campus.
