In the foothills of the famous Blue Ridge Mountains sits a 17,000-acre campus founded by the South Carolina legislature in 1889. Clemson University is home to over 24,000 students, taking part in the university’s more than 80 undergraduate degrees, 75 minors, and 110 graduate degrees. Its athletes also compete in NCAA Division I under the banner of the Clemson Tigers, and is famous for its one-of-a-kind tradition called Tigerama: a student-led pep rally attended by over 40,000 students each year considered as the largest pep rally in the country, which is well deserved by the defending national champs in football.
