Founded by members of the Methodist Church in 1890, this small and private liberal arts college only has 985 total students enrolled, with 910 undergraduates and 75 graduate students. Faculty is at 97, making the ratio at 9:1. There are 33 majors and 47 minors offered, with 2 graduate programs in Accounting and Business Administration. Its SAIL Center is the place to go for those interested to join any of the schools 50 student organizations, including 6 fraternities and 6 sororities. The school’s Maurice H. Hall Activities Center is where you go for sports and fitness, as the school participates in NCAA’s Division III.
